Meg Bear is an operator who lives and works at the intersection of people, business, and technology. Meg has a proven track record developing and scaling next-generation enterprise cloud businesses from concept to profit, encompassing business strategy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, and market acceleration. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of functional domains, including artificial intelligence, big data, security, customer relationship management, manufacturing, financial systems and human resources.

Meg is a non-executive director for Papaya Global, Novaworks and Textio, a strategic advisor for many companies including Degreed and Syndio, and hosts The Meg & Amy show podcast. Her most recent operator role was President for SAP SuccessFactors where Meg and her team created the Human Experience Management (HXM) category, shifting the focus of HR tech to the needs of the employee. 
 
Prior to SAP SuccessFactors, Meg held executive positions at Juvo, Imperva, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Saba. Meg is a patent holder, change agent, CEO coach, startup advisor, keynote speaker and TEDx host. She holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and is committed to using her talents to invent an abundant future by helping others achieve their full potential.
