I know I’m always nagging you to start setting goals. 

Today I express my gratitude for my wonderful team of direct reports.  As an overachieving maximizer, having stars is where I’m at my best.

It’s a common problem, especially in women. To not feel worthy or able to do a job, unless we have all the skills.

As you might recall I made a personal goal this year to do a better job networking. 

Without a doubt acquiring a new skill is hard. It takes time, practice and a willingness to fail. 

These last two weeks I’ve been asking for a lot of help. 

Amy’s post suggested that we cannot actually ignore our flaws, if they are holding us back, we have to fix them. 

Believe it or not I try to shy away from a feminist agenda with my blogging. 

I must first confess that fairness is not a core value of mine.

As a Maximizer theme the concept of Top Talent is an especially personal one. 

We spend a lot of time at TalentedApps trying to think about what will make Talent Solutions actually work in real life.
