In typical fashion I’ve been thinking a bit too much these days, and the current topic is Succession planning.

I attended an excellent conference last week from the Professional Business Women of California.

I was recently reminded of how important perception is. 

Once again, I think we can get confused as to what we are trying to accomplish with a Talent Management strategy. 

Mark did an excellent job talking about the strategic value of innovation.  

Lately I’ve become aware of an interesting phenomenon.  Turns out we all seem to think that we are smarter than the other guy.

I’ve decided that one of the public services I must do with this blog is to tell you guys the truth.
