I'm a bit of an “old soul”. In fact, I’m a lot younger today than I was at 17.

I have been contemplating a “starting kindergarten” post for some time but couldn’t get it together in my head. 

Was listening yesterday, to the excellent radio show by Bill Kutik

In my family the women are taking over.  It happened on my mother’s side in her generation. 

Well of course you already know what I’m most passionate about. Setting and achieving goals.

Really. I mean it. Prove it.

I always take these tests thinking that there is a right answer, which I know there isn’t. 

Some time back, I commented about the need to remove the sad chairs in building 300. 

When it comes to getting a seat at the table it’s not just about sitting down, it’s about adding value.

It's been a great week for me.  One of those weeks where problems aren’t so big and smiles come easily.

As you can imagine being a Talent vendor gives us an opportunity to talk to a lot of different customers, partners, analysts, etc.

I’ve gushed before about how lucky I am and what a great team we have.

While the title belongs to Dad, the story is all my own.

I’ve been finding myself reading a lot of blogs these days. 

Over the past year we have been experiencing health issues with my youngest daughter. 

I should start this post saying how much I love the town where I live. 

Thanks to David for reminding me that the blog title is important. 

While before I was talking about feedback in general, today I want to talk specifically about positive feedback.
